Invisalign

Invisalign is a form of orthodontic treatment used to straighten teeth.  It utilises a series of nearly invisible, removable clear aligners that the patient changes every two weeks.

Matt uses the latest digital scanning technology to accurately upload the position of the teeth into the Invisalign program. No more uncomfortable impressions are needed.

Each aligner is individually manufactured for your teeth, and your teeth only. They need to be worn for at least 22 hours, seven days a week.  As the patient replaces each aligner their teeth will move - little by little, week by week - until they reach their final position. Wearing a retainer at night helps prevent a relapse of the treatment and ensures long-term success.

From the digital scans and photographs of patient’s teeth, a virtual treatment plan is generated by Align Technology's unique ClinCheck® software, showing the series of movements your teeth will go through over the course of the treatment. This is amazing to watch.

Such technology allows patients to see upfront what their teeth are expected to look like at the end of the treatment. From the results of the ClinCheck® software, your custom-made clear aligners are produced especially for you.

The cost of Invisalign in NZ varies between $3k and $11k. Cost is dependent on the number of aligners required due to the complexity of the movements.

For patients seeking a smile that transforms their appearance and enhances their confidence, Invisalign is the answer. Although there are many options available for orthodontic treatment, no other treatment system works as hygienically and comfortably as Invisalign.
